Instruments depicted here are helpful for making vascular anastomosis surgery atraumatic. The micro-forceps (top panel) enables atraumatic technique necessary for successful AVF creation. The non-locking needle driver (bottom panel) allows smooth suturing movements without re-resetting the needle between bites although a locking micro needle holder such as a Castroviejo is often preferred.
